Heart in the Kayak - Overcoming fear and rewriting my own narrative.
In the summer of 2022, I embarked on a kayak course with my best friend and mastered the art of executing a wet exit. I came to learn that true bravery does not entail the absence of fear, but rather diving headfirst into it and experiencing all the accompanying emotions.
